🎬 ONE WEEKEND. 48 HOURS. NOW… THE BIG SCREEN.
Join us for the Premiere Screenings of the 2026 Horror/Comedy 48 Hour Film Project – Los Angeles at Regal North Hollywood!
Over one wild weekend, filmmakers from across Los Angeles took on the ultimate filmmaking challenge: write, shoot, edit, and complete an original short film in just 48 hours.
Every team was given required filmmaking elements and challenged to create a film in Horror, Comedy—or a killer combination of both.
Now the clock has stopped, the films are finished, and it’s time for the best part:
Seeing them PREMIERE on the big screen. 🍿🎥
Come experience a festival lineup of brand-new short films made right here in Los Angeles. Expect big laughs, scares, surprises, and the kind of creative choices that can only happen when filmmakers have 48 hours and absolutely no time to second-guess themselves.
🏆 YOU HELP CHOOSE THE WINNERS
Every screening ticket includes an Audience Award ballot, giving you the chance to vote for your Top 3 films of the screening.
Stick around after the credits for a filmmaker Q&A, where you’ll hear the stories behind the films and find out what really happened during those crazy 48 hours.
Whether you're supporting a team, love discovering independent films, or just want a fun night at the movies, come celebrate Los Angeles filmmaking and see these films the way they were meant to be seen—on the big screen, with an audience.
